OUR BACKGROUND

DPE is a Veteran owned small business under the auspices of the Federal Small Business Administration since 1998. DPE is a dynamic and innovative company with a staff that posses a wide range of proven capabilities specializing in damage control operations, system engineering, development, manufacturing, and precision cleaning and testing. Other DPE capabilities include hydrostatic testing of cylinders, gauge calibration, valve testing, oxygen cleaning, and system refurbishment. DPE is also the provider for escape trunk rung cover and installation kits and the SOS Hyperlite hyperbaric stretcher and treatment system.

Our base of operations is a 5,000 square foot facility located in Panama City Beach, Florida. However, we have the capabilities for on-site production and support. DPE has provided managerial and technical personnel for projects located throughout the United States and abroad. We stand ready to provide engineers, technicians, and facilities to meet your project requirements.

Gauge Calibration

Cleanliness is maintained during the calibration process.
Ability to perform limited on-site calibrations.
0-10,000psi range. (FSW, MSW, BAR)
Capable of Magnahelic, Absolute Pressure, Adjustable and Standard gauge calibration and setting.
ASME set verification.

Pressure Testing

Pneumostatic and Hydrostatic testing of tubes, hoses, and fittings from 0-10,000psi.
Pressure Relief Valve testing and setting from 0-8,000psi.
DOT Hydrostatic testing and requalification of cylinders up to 10,000psi.
Regulator pressure testing and set.

O2 Cleaning

Freon and NOC cleaning to MIL-STD-1330D.
Oxygen Instrument Calibration up to 10,000psi.
Oxygen/Divers Life Support System (DLSS) Cleaning 0 to 5 ppm Hydrocarbons.

Tube Bending and Welding

Approved tube bending and weld procedures IAW NAVSEA technical manuals.
Dedicated Level III NDT representative.
